RentCure is a rental technology company based in Ogun State, Nigeria. We operate the website located at rentcure.ng and related products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and to submit information such as joining the waitlist or contacting us.

3. Waitlist and pre-launch access

The Service is currently in a pre-launch phase. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a specific launch date, feature set, price, or available listing. Content and features may change at any time.

• Do not misrepresent your identity, agency, or property ownership.
• Do not upload false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the Service.
• Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, or defraud any person.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content you grant RentCure a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

RentCure aims to verify property listings, agents, and pricing, but does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing. Users are responsible for independently confirming details before entering into any rental transaction.

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. RentCure is not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentCure disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentCure will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Ogun State, Nigeria.
